One cold winter's eve we put together a collection of 14 historic card and dice games for your enjoyment, along with a little history about cards and dice. All dice games can be played with 6 or fewer dice. All but one card game can be played with a single deck of cards.

Pick up a handmade leather dice cup (equipped with all the dice you need) and a deck of 18th century English playing cards.

I will be going to our local schools dressed in colonial dress as the owner of a tavern in Philadelphia during Continental Congress. (You hear a lot of gossip about what's taking place!) This will certainly add to my presentation!
