- Ce gilet d'époque Régence est à double boutonnage, c'est-à-dire qu'il comporte deux rangées de boutons. Le col montant est renforcé par une doublure en crin de cheval. Les tissus extérieurs et intérieurs sont composés à 100 % de lin pour être confortables et respirants. Il y a deux bandes de coton attachées au dos pour serrer pour un ajustement sur mesure. Le détail des boutons est fantastique sous un frac.

I am fond of the waistcoat, with only a minor concern. The collar is higher than I expected after reviewing the photos provided. Perhaps my neck is shorter than normal. The waistcoat is certainly well made and attractive.

I recently purchased a regency waistcoat. I’m so impressed with its materials and construction! I was pleasantly surprised and impressed that the double row of buttons was attached with tapes! Just as many originals were!
